Thank you for visiting Maldo's website/app. Our shipping and returns policies are designed to provide you with a seamless shopping experience.
- DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Maldo offers free domestic shipping all over India through our logistics partners BlueDart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Ecom Express, & Xpressbees. Our delivery target is within 5-7 working days, but it may take longer due to holidays, severe weather, strikes or bandhs. We are working on adding more logistics partners to cover a wider area and provide multiple delivery options.
- CASH ON DELIVERY (COD): We offer COD services for select pin codes. If you do not see a COD shipping method, then your postal code is not eligible for COD. We are constantly working on increasing our coverage of COD orders across India.
- ORDER STATUS UPDATES AND TRACKING: You can check your order status and track the delivery by logging into your account. We use the following tags to denote the status of your order:
- New: This order has been placed and needs to be processed.
- Processing: The order is being printed and packaged.
- Shipped: The order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
- On Hold: The order has been put on hold due to a specific request or technical difficulty.
- Cancelled: The order has been cancelled by the user or by Maldo.
- Returned: The order has been returned after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts
