Thank you for visiting Maldo's website/app. Our shipping and returns policies are designed to provide you with a seamless shopping experience.

  1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Maldo offers free domestic shipping all over India through our logistics partners BlueDart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Ecom Express, & Xpressbees. Our delivery target is within 5-7 working days, but it may take longer due to holidays, severe weather, strikes or bandhs. We are working on adding more logistics partners to cover a wider area and provide multiple delivery options.
  2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD): We offer COD services for select pin codes. If you do not see a COD shipping method, then your postal code is not eligible for COD. We are constantly working on increasing our coverage of COD orders across India.
  3. ORDER STATUS UPDATES AND TRACKING: You can check your order status and track the delivery by logging into your account. We use the following tags to denote the status of your order:
  • New: This order has been placed and needs to be processed.
  • Processing: The order is being printed and packaged.
  • Shipped: The order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
  • On Hold: The order has been put on hold due to a specific request or technical difficulty.
  • Cancelled: The order has been cancelled by the user or by Maldo.
  • Returned: The order has been returned after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts
