Refund policy
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. To cancel your order, please email us with your order number on customercare@maldo.in before the order is dispatched.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS: We strive to provide the best quality products, but if you are dissatisfied with your order, you can notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Our returns policy includes:
- Damaged/Defective product: If the packaging or product is defective or damaged, we will arrange a pick-up, replace the order or give you credits for another purchase.
- Incorrect product/quantity shipped: If the wrong product or incorrect quantity is shipped, we will arrange a replacement within 7 days.
- Product replacement/exchange: If you would like to exchange your ordered product for another variant, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
For defective products, we have replacement and return options only. We will check the returned product and process a refund if necessary. If you do not like the product, we have a return policy with charges or a 7-day exchange policy.
